Ihlas College Folk Dance Team Fascinated Everyone |
|
Folk Dance Group of IHLAS Private High School was in Nicosia as the guest of The Charitable Foundation of Cyprus Public Arts(Has-Der) . Hami Koç, the General Manager of IHLAS Educational Institutions, Azmi Aksoy, General Manager Assistant of IHLAS Educational Institutions, Sebahattin Kazaz, the Principal and the teachers of IHLAS Private High School also joined the performance as guests.
During the activity which took place in historical Lefke Inn that is behind the Big Inn in the capital city of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Nicosia, children had fun through painting in company with Cypriot songs. In the activity, which had “environment” theme, children reflected their ideal world on fabrics that were laid out on the ground, through colourful watercolours. Folk Dance Group of Ihlas Private High School which became the most admired group in the festival through performances that had Anatolian themes such as Artvin and Çayda Çıra, received people’s appreciation also in terms of costumes and music.
